About Noah

On Wednesday, July 26th, 2017 Noah Smith, a 17-year-old Senior at Kennesaw Mountain High School, was at an area trampoline park with his friends. While enjoying the temporary freedom being airborne, he attempted a flip, and unfortunately, landed awkwardly on his head/neck.

Arriving at the hospital, Noah had no feeling below his mid chest, and had limited arm mobility. After the tests were completed, doctors stated that he broke three vertebrae in his neck. He was taken into surgery right away to piece his neck back together, using a post and about six screws and pins. The initial fear is that his spinal cord had been severed. In fact, we learned that his spinal cord was severely compressed, but in fact was not severed.

Along with his physical challenges, Noah is further challenging himself, and is attending classes at Kennesaw State University. Please come to the meet, and donate to help Noah and his family with your financial support. Thank you in advance, and we look forward to seeing you at the meet.

If you can attand, great. If not...please donate on his GoFundMe page.
