The Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs swam against Campbell High School, Duluth and Peachtree Ridge.
If you're wondering what this meet is about...it's about rivalry. Coach David Reason and his brother, Coach Jim Reason are twins. They're also very competitive. Coach Jonathan Laird of Campbell and his brother Jeremy Laird of Peachtree Ridge, also coach teamsand are twins. So with that said...this meet is held not only for the swimmers and divers, but for brother to beat brother.
The competition is and was fierce, and the energy was high.
The Kennesaw Men took first place, while the Women tied for third place. Overall, the Duluth team came out on top, and Kennesaw, coming in second place, had to hand over the championship to Duluth. The team swam well, but came up a just a little short. The next challenge is the Mustang Invitational. Go Mustangs!!
