Joy Beth Kidd was recently crowned the 2019 Kennesaw Mountain Homecoming Queen. Congratulations JB...it is always great to be recognized by your peers for both your achievements and positive, fun personality.

The Kennesaw Mountain Swim Team was well represented at the 2019 Kennesaw Mountain Homecoming, held Friday night, October 25th on Mustang Field. Numerous members of the swim team were nominated for Homecoming Court the weeks before the football game, where the Mustangs hosted McEachern High School. The halftime festivities started with the KMHS Band entering the field, then the field announcer introducing each of the school year nominees.

Senior swimmers Joy Beth Kidd, Jenna Ardagna, Brooke Williams, Parker Lee, escorted by their fathers, were announced along with a short bio of their individual accomplishments, and soon thereafter, Joy Beth Kidd was crowned the 2019 Kennesaw Mountain Homecoming Queen. She was dressed in a beautiful blue long gown, and was genuinely surprised, but immediately thrilled to have won the honor. Both Jenna and Brooke were indeed happy that their good friend and teammate had earned the crown. Congratulations to Joy Beth for receiving the crown as well as Jenna & Parker voted to the Homecoming court. Brooke Willaims was voted not only to the court, but also was voted senior class favorite.

The next day, at the homecoming dance, the court was again recognized, and a few members of the KMHS Swim Team escorted a few members of the court to the dance.

Congratulations to these smart & beautiful young ladies. They represent the school, and the swim team in a positive a manner and we are so happy they are a part of our team!
